Represent your state in this epic showdown! Starting in the Stillwater, Minnesota area and finishing in Hudson, Wisc., runners cross the I-94 bridge over the St. Croix River in a friendly competition celebrating friends both east and west of of this pristine waterway. This race has been taking place annually since 1997 with half and 5K distances and now includes a 10K! Wear your colors and celebrate the Gopher/Badger rivalry. Stay for the food and festivities in Hudson after the race. The Gopher to Badger races is August 8, 2026.
Personalized Bib
Bibs may also be personalized for free with any race sign-up through July 9, 2026.
Packet Pickup and Mail My Packet
Your packet includes your shirt, bib, safety pins for your bib and timing chip (attached to the back of the bib.) Packet pickup is free the day before the race and on race day. Choose Mail My Packet during registration (+$22) to have your packet mailed to you before the race. The mailing option is available through July 9, 2026. Packets are mailed within two weeks of race day.
