Call us crazy, but putting on cool events where people come and have a good time is our idea of fun.
We are a family-run, woman-owned business with a simple philosophy – focus on our guests. To do that, we’ve assembled a group of advisors with a combined 100+ years of experience in producing high-quality running events. Among them are vendors and consultants who have worked with the Boston Marathon, New York City Marathon, the Los Angeles Marathon and other iconic events. We work hard to deliver the safest experience, the most scenic courses, great event apparel, cool medals, and responsive, accommodating customer service. We know there are many events to choose from, so focusing on service is our cornerstone.
All Run Stillwater-produced races are certified distances through USA Track & Field.
We’re proud of our reputation as a premiere race production company, but the credit really goes to the beautiful St. Croix River Valley where our events take place. The St. Croix river is a federally protected scenic waterway and home to historic Stillwater, Minnesota and Wisconsin towns including Hudson, Somerset and St. Joseph, each of which play a role in our events.
Our “Volunteer for Donation” program supports the race-day staff in providing help with course deployment, marshaling, water stations and start/finish line assistance. Youth organizations, religious groups, booster clubs and other nonprofits may sign up online to help. In exchange, Run Stillwater, Inc. makes a donation to their non-profit organization. It’s an honor to keep it local by providing an opportunity for these groups in this way and we look forward to working with many of them year after year and welcoming others in the future.
